Michelin Two Stars | Beautiful Dining in Paris! 🌟🌟

A hidden gem restaurant recommended by my local Parisian friend! I absolutely adore it! It's the kind of place every princess would love. 👸🏼 Le Clarence🍴 is a Michelin two-star restaurant with polarizing reviews, having once been ranked No. 28 on the World's 50 Best list. If you prefer traditional, by-the-book Fine Dining, this might not be for you. But if you love creativity and unpredictability, you'll probably fall in love with it. I seriously wonder if the chef is an Aquarius. ♒️ The restaurant, transformed from a 19th-century private mansion, is located right next to the Grand Palais in Paris. The Chef 👨🏼‍🍳 has no set menu; he creates whatever he feels like making. No patterns, no habits—you might even get a different meal from the person next to you. It breaks many traditions, with surprising presentations and an extremely carefree approach. Several dishes were so hands-on that I had to eat them with my hands (they provided a bowl for washing)—it's like a French version of Omakase. Though it's said to be a four-course meal, it feels more like four systems of dishes, with small plates coming one after another. Over a lunch, you might taste over 20 different dishes, each just a bite, a tease, as if you're sitting in a classical novel with your taste buds roaming the ocean. 👑 By chance, on the same day, I encountered two tables of celebrities—one with an NBA sports star and another with a high-profile couple from international news. I'll definitely come back to eat here when I'm in Paris again. No worries about boredom. #MichelinRestaurantExploration #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurants #AtmosphereRestaurants #TwoStarMichelin #MichelinRestaurants #ParisFood #Paris #FoodieDiary
