The Ritz Plaza 👍 Pros: 1️⃣ As a well-known Midtown Manhattan apartment, it is located between Hell’s Kitchen and Times Square. The location is fantastic! It’s just a 3-minute walk to the N/R/W subway lines, which is super convenient. 🥰 2️⃣ It offers great value for money. Despite the rising prices on the island, this apartment is relatively affordable. It’s perfect for those who want to live on the island but have a limited budget. 💰 3️⃣ Open flame cooking ❗❗❗ This is a crucial feature. If you’re a cooking enthusiast, this is a must-have. You can’t cook without proper facilities! 😍 4️⃣ The apartments have excellent natural light, with many south-facing units. Plus, each apartment comes with a balcony where you can enjoy the bustling city views of Manhattan. 🌇 👎 Cons: 1️⃣ Some units do not have in-unit laundry. Although the company is gradually renovating, as an older building, some units still lack this feature. 2️⃣ Being close to Times Square, there is some noise.
