The Biltmore 👍 Pros: 1️⃣ Prime location, right next to Times Square, where you can fully enjoy the cosmopolitan lifestyle of Manhattan. 🥰 2️⃣ Each apartment has been renovated, and the furniture is relatively new. 3️⃣ Transportation: Just a 5-minute walk to the N/W/R subway lines. 🚇 👎 Cons: 1️⃣ Noise issues, which is the most complained-about aspect of this building. Of course, being in a bustling area comes with its challenges. Even my friend, who lives on the 40th floor, says it's noisy. So, if you’re looking for a quiet place, this might not be the best option for you. 🔊 2️⃣ In some renovated units, the laundry facilities are located in the kitchen or bedroom, which is something to be aware of. 🏠 By the way, there’s a little-known secret about this building.
