Milan Queueing for the Best Handmade Pasta in Brera 🍝

Claimed to be the pinnacle of pasta in Milan! Luckily, my work area is near Brera, so my colleague and I slipped over before lunch, and sure enough, we found ourselves in line. ⭐️ Tomato Oxtail Pasta: Highly recommended! The tomato sauce is incredibly rich and aromatic, and the oxtail is so tender it practically melts into the sauce. The pasta is my favorite flat type, perfectly chewy. It was so good that I easily conquered the “clean plate club”! 🎉 🧀 Carbonara Egg Yolk Pasta: A must-order for cheese lovers! The rich egg yolk sauce bursts with cheesy aroma, and the round pasta has a lovely texture. While I prefer the flat pasta, the sauce is truly authentic. Some say it's too salty, but I think that's just the real Italian flavor! Honestly, the pasta back home often tastes too bland (subjective taste, of course!). 🍝 Meat Sauce Pasta: A safe choice! The chunks of pork are packed with flavor, and the cheese melts in, creating layers of taste—definitely the most reliable yet surprisingly delightful option. You can even see the handmade pasta process right outside! This century-old brand has journeyed from Rome to Milan. We both couldn’t help but order three pasta dishes! 😄 The waiter kindly reminded us not to waste food and to order wisely—maybe they underestimated our appetite, haha! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the tiramisu, which I've heard is top-notch! 🍰 #ItalianCuisine #GlobalFoodies #MilanRestaurants #Pasta #ItalianLife #Gastronomy #MilanPasta #MilanFood #MilanExploration #FoodDiaries
