A bit dry and the sauce is on the sweeter side — perfect if you like sweet-savory combos! 🐷 Schnitzel with Mushroom Gravy You can’t have German food without schnitzel! Topped with rich mushroom sauce and served with spätzle (egg noodles) and tangy sauerkraut. So comforting and balanced 🍄💛. 🍎 Apple Strudel The star of the show! Flaky pastry wrapped around cinnamon-spiced apples 🍏🍯. Order it with vanilla ice cream — the hot-and-cold contrast is incredible. Probably the best apple strudel I’ve had in Milwaukee!
