Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

Milwaukee | Probably the Best Chinese Food in Town 🥢

It feels like there aren’t many Chinese people in Milwaukee, and authentic Chinese restaurants are even harder to come by. Among the few, Fusion Cafe is definitely the one that stands out 🏆. One night, I tried ordering delivery, but because of heavy snow ❄️, no drivers were available… I ended up waiting all night for nothing 😭. The next day, I finally dug my car out of the snow and drove to the restaurant myself — and it was totally worth it! Here’s what I tried 👇: 🧸 Spicy Chongqing Chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The chicken was perfectly fried — not oily at all, with a crispy yet tender texture and just the right level of spiciness! 🌶️🔥 🧸 Stir-Fried Green Peppers with Tofu Skin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sauce was rich and flavorful. This was the first time I’ve seen this dish served with sliced meat, and it actually complemented the texture without overpowering the dish. 🧸 Sichuan Boiled Fish⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The fish was boneless, tender, and soaked in a fragrant and spicy broth — absolutely delicious! 🐟🌶️ 🐙 Final Thoughts: Highly recommended! This was my second time here, and I tried completely different dishes compared to my first visit — still no disappointments! Consistent flavor and great execution 👌. If you’re around Milwaukee and craving real Chinese food, Fusion Cafe is your go-to spot. Don’t let the snow stop you — it’s worth the drive! ❄️🚗 #FoodTravel #MilwaukeeEats #ChineseFood #USFoodie #WisconsinDining #FoodReview #SnowyFoodAdventure #MidwestEats
