Milwaukee Day Trip Guide | No-Regrets Itinerary šŸš—

I’ve passed through Milwaukee many times, and finally decided to embark on a spontaneous trip. Although it’s an old industrial city with some underdeveloped infrastructure, it’s full of pleasant surprises. šŸ”¹ Hotel Recommendations šŸØ The Pfister Hotel Highly recommend this Victorian-style hotel—the music and scent in the lobby are absolutely amazing. Compared to the classical hotels in Las Vegas, this one feels more refined. Indoor parking available. Hotel Metro Another historic hotel with spacious rooms. The common areas are a bit dated, but it’s located downtown with convenient parking. Other chain hotels like Marriott, Hilton, and Westin are also available downtown at more affordable prices. šŸ”¹ Food Recommendations šŸ“ Safe House A spy-themed American restaurant full of fun little details that showcase American humor. Although it serves American fast food, the experience is incredibly fun. First, find the correct entrance—it’s not on the main street. You’ll be asked for a password upon entry. Don’t know it? No worries—there’s a fun little ā€œpunishment.ā€ Then, you’ll enter a mysterious passageway. Finally, you’ll be seated in the restaurant. The server will give you a mission card. Complete all tasks to get 20% off. Feel free to explore—there are tons of cool hidden gadgets! St. Paul Fish Company Located inside the Public Market—a must-visit for seafood lovers. šŸ”¹ Things to Do šŸŽ‰ Milwaukee Public Market One of the largest public markets in the U.S., offering desserts, meat products, candies, local specialties, alcohol, souvenirs, and more. There are also small eateries serving sushi, sandwiches, etc. Various Museums šŸ–¼ļø ArtMuseum Pubic Museum Harley-Davidson Museum Warehouse Gallery Antiques on Pierce A vintage and antique shop selling a mix of old items and modern second-hand goods. Spread across three floors, you’ll find quirky little objects like glass dinosaurs and strange figurines. The third floor is particularly special, featuring old items from Asia, such as reproduced Old Calendar Art posters, figurines, lacquerware, and furniture. I spotted some lacquer pieces that seemed quite old, but since my expertise is limited to style and era, I passed. If you’re interested, it’s worth a visit! #StudyInUSA #MilwaukeeGuide #ChicagoDayTrip #AroundMilwaukee #ChicagoSurroundings
