My Green Bay Packers lost the playoffs ππ, so I decided to comfort myself with some serious meat therapy. Headed over to Double B MKE Style BBQ, a spot I found recommended on Xiaohongshu! We ordered: A half rack combo with Baby Back Ribs + Spare Ribs π₯© Burnt Ends β and wow, these were a highlight! The ribs were delicious β tender, smoky, and well-seasoned. Personally, I preferred the Baby Back Ribs over the Spare Ribs β they were a bit more tender and had great flavor. But the real star was the Burnt Ends β incredibly juicy, rich with fat, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. No dryness or toughness at all! ππ― We also had a couple of beers π», and with tip, it came out to around $40 per person. The portions were generous β we even had leftovers to take home! π¦ Overall, the quality definitely justifies the price, though itβs a bit more expensive than some farther-out spots like David Alan BBQ.
