Miranda's Hot Chicken & Waffles Left Me Craving for More!

🌈Last Sunday noon, we stumbled into Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa. This restaurant specializes in Nashville-style twists on Mexican-inspired dishes and is also family-friendly during evening hours. The hot chicken with cornbread waffles I ordered completely won me over—crispy fried chicken coated in perfectly spiced sauce, paired with fluffy cornbread waffles, and topped with fresh corn salsa.🍵 🍝My husband ordered the grilled meat tacos and said the marinade was unique. Our friends shared a double cheeseburger and fried okra, and they cleaned their plates too. 🥐This restaurant became the best meal of our entire Nashville trip. Now, back home, I still find myself thinking about that unique hot chicken and waffles dish.
