After wandering around Mont-Tremblant for most of the day, we popped into Lucille's for dinner in the evening and were pleasantly surprised! The most eye-catching thing has to be their $1 oysters 🦪—though they’re not overly large, they’re fresh enough to taste the clean sweetness of the sea. Pry open the shell, and the plump oyster meat glistens with moisture. A squeeze of lemon, and it slides into your mouth with a hint of brininess first, then a touch of sweetness on the aftertaste—no fishiness at all. The value is unbeatable; polishing off half a dozen on your own is totally doable! Beyond the oysters, the lobster roll deserves a special mention. The soft bread is lightly toasted, with a crispy edge, and packed full of large chunks of lobster meat—sweet, tender, and bouncy. Paired with fresh veggies and a special sauce, every bite is hearty and satisfying, with no skimping on the good stuff. It’s the kind of dish that makes you grin from ear to ear! The waitresses here speak fluent English, and are super attentive—taking orders, refilling water, all with a smile, even when it’s busy. You never feel ignored, which makes the whole experience that much nicer 😊. The outdoor dining area is the most fun though: each table has a heater hanging overhead. As the evening breeze picks up with a chill, flipping on the heater instantly warms things up. You can enjoy the street view with a light breeze without worrying about getting cold—such a thoughtful touch! Don’t rush off after your main course. Right next to the restaurant, there’s a gelato shop. Pick two scoops of your favorite flavors—like rich chocolate or fresh raspberry. The cool, silky texture is the perfect way to balance out the fullness from dinner.
