Montmartre’s Ultra-Homely French Cuisine Recommendation in Paris
🌟After a hiatus of half a month, I returned to Le Poulbot, and as soon as I walked in, the server recognized me and even called me darling haha! It’s really so charming! 🌟If you’re a fan of confit duck, you definitely can’t miss this place! Their signature confit duck is on the sweet side! It’s incredibly well-balanced and not greasy; I’d call it the Southern-style confit duck haha! The fries are homemade too, and they’re so good you can’t stop eating! 🌟There’s also a great selection of beef. The carpaccio is very refreshing and light, perfect for finishing a whole plate. The other grilled beef is garlic flavored, and if you order it medium, it’s just right, a bit like medium-rare. 🌟Additionally, the onion soup as a starter is excellent! It comes with a big piece of cheese, making it rich in texture. Snails are also a signature dish here, but unlike traditional French snails, they’re prepared more like a salad, very appetizing. 🌟For dessert, I recommend the crème brûlée, it’s quite large! The raspberry flavor is a cool way to end a perfect meal. The cost is about forty euros per person. It’s open from noon to 10 pm. If you’re visiting the Montmartre district, you should definitely try Le Poulbot. #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #Paris #ConfitDuck #Montmartre #TreasureRestaurantShare #HealedByFood
