But Ritz (we're assuming this is the staff member's name based on your description) went far beyond our expectations! Not only did she help us with our luggage, but she also kindly allowed us to check into our room early—completely waiving the early check-in fee since the room was ready. She didn’t have to do that, but this small gesture made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. ❤️ 🛌 Clean, Comfortable & Well-Equipped Our room was lovely, bright, and impeccably clean. We were even greeted by our virtual guide, Quincy—a modern touch we appreciated! The bathroom had everything we needed, though a disposable comb or hairbrush would have been a helpful addition. Still, it’s a minor point in an otherwise flawless stay. 📍 Prime Downtown Location The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city—close to Chinatown and the piers. We even discovered a fantastic food truck near the pier serving delicious pork sandwiches! 🥪✨ 🎄 Festive & Inviting Atmosphere The lobby was beautifully decorated with Christmas ornaments, creating a warm and festive vibe throughout.
