π₯ Hummus $9 Classic Mezze, served with a pita bread. The texture and taste of hummus and pocket bread can vary from place to place. Their hummus has a rich and thick consistency, and the bread is similar to the leavened flatbreads from northern China. Spreading the hummus on the thick and chewy bread is incredibly fragrant. π§ Falafel & Tahini $9 The optimal taste of Falafel is very fleeting, so it's best to eat it right after it's been fried. Combined with hummus in a pocket bread, it becomes a Mediterranean specialty sandwich. π Moroccan Tagines + Charmoulla $29 The Moroccan lamb shank is a signature dish. The lamb is so tender it falls off the bone, and it's so flavorful that you can't stop eating it, leaving you wanting more even after you're done. You can choose between rice or couscous as a side dish; the latter has a texture similar to millet, but I personally prefer the rice, which is divine when mixed with the sauce. We didn't have enough rice, so the waiter kindly brought us an extra plate. There are four sauces to choose from, and we selected Charmoulla.
