The foie gras is raw; the sweet and sour raspberry sauce neutralizes the gamey taste of the foie gras. Served with crispy toasted bread 🥯, it's really delightful as an appetizer 👍. Main Courses: Wellington Beef: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ahhhhh it's so delicious! You all must try it! The beef is tender, and the pastry is crispy. Anyway, it's much better than what I've had in China 🥩. Tomahawk Steak (Beef Lovers): 🌟🌟🌟🌟 A steak for two, very generous in portion.
