After being disappointed by another highly popular restaurant the day before, this meal completely made up for it, instantly bringing back my satisfaction to the max! 📍 Lingo ⚡1. Must-Order: Apple Tart Tatin Pancakes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I almost missed out on this, thinking it was just a regular American pancake from the menu. But seeing my neighbors order a double stack and clear their plates in no time, I quickly added it to my order. The result was truly astonishing—magic! It’s wrapped in a thin, crispy egg skin that’s both flaky and fragrant. The first bite releases waves of custard and caramel aroma. The texture is rich and layered, soft but not collapsing. The accompanying miso ice cream is a savory-sweet option, quite bold. I personally prefer the vanilla flavor for its refreshing taste, haha, but this one is also very creative and unique! ⚡2. Lingo Beef Pie (A Staple for Rice) Beef + bone marrow + crispy pastry, it’s so aromatic! The beef is tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned without being salty, making it super rice-friendly. It’s delicious even on its own, and I couldn’t stop eating it! ⚡3. Japanese Breakfast Set This one is less popular and not many people order it, but I decided to give it a try. What kind of divine salmon is this? The salmon is fully cooked yet remains incredibly tender. The seasoning is light but very layered, so it’s not bland at all.
