Mott 32 — Vibe on Point, I'd Return Just for This Dessert 🌹🍨

Lychee Rose Sorbet This deserves its own spotlight. Seriously delicious, super delicious, and incredibly beautiful. The texture is wonderfully layered—not just sweet, not cloying at all. It’s the kind of dessert you keep thinking about after you finish. We ended up ordering several more—could not stop! This alone is reason enough for me to come back to Mott 32. 🍵 Drinks • Matcha drink – Pretty average, not recommended. • Two cocktails – Decent, met expectations. • Lychee sparkling water – Refreshing, not too sweet, clean lychee flavor—perfect alongside heavier dishes. 🥟 Dim Sum • Xiaolongbao & Shumai – Fine, no fails but not memorable. • Rice Noodle Roll – Generous fillings, but overall just okay—no wow factor. 🥩 Mains • Beef Short Rib – Way too salty, hard to handle without rice. • Lobster Mapo Tofu – Very innovative, plenty of lobster, but flavor was just okay and also salty. Neither the lobster nor the mapo stood out—more of a "try once" dish. 🍮 Desserts Compared • Black Sesame Tofu Pudding – Not good, skip it. • Mango Pomelo Sago – Too sweet, overly syrupy. Honestly… not better than homemade versions. 🍚 Rice Yangzhou Fried Rice was pretty good—grains separate, quality ingredients (hence the price), clearly not thrown together. 💫 Vibe & Ambiance Great for dates, anniversaries, or when you want to feel “wrapped in atmosphere.” Inside a casino but nicely separated once you enter the dining area. Lighting, decor, spacing—all thoughtfully done. A place to eat slow and chat. So if you’re looking for “a dining experience with ceremony,” this fits. If you just want “flavor that blows you away,” temper your expectations. 🍗 About the Peking Duck & Final Thoughts We missed the duck because we didn’t reserve ahead—a small regret. Book in advance if you want it! Overall, though it’s a Michelin two-star spot, I’d summarize it like this: The ambiance is truly lovely, the vibe is strong, and the dishes show clear creativity and thought. But purely taste-wise, some dishes could improve in seasoning balance and depth. Still, it’s the willingness to experiment that makes it memorable. 💭 Honest Take This is a place for dating, celebrating, or when you want a sense of occasion. Hope they keep innovating while refining the flavors. #VegasFood #LasVegas #CasinoDining 🎰🍽️
