Mucho Loco Brunch | Vegas Food Diary đł
Restaurant: Mucho Loco Brunch Date of Visit: August 2025, Lunch Food Rating: 3.5/10 â Tuetano (5/10): Bone marrow is always deliciousâit's basically rich fat + ribeye, and as someone who isnât afraid of richness, I found it pretty flavorful. 𩮠But the tortillas were terribleâthick and tasteless⊠They brought out a bunch of fancy-looking props for photos, but when it came to actually eating, there were no proper tools. It got pretty messy! đ Birria Taco (3.5/10): Served like a little taco stand setup. The hot consommĂ© was nice, but the taco itself felt rushed. đź The shell edges were fried until hard, there was no cheese, and the beef chunks were too big and tough to chew. Again, the whole âtaco standâ presentation was cute for photos but totally impracticalâit barely fit on the table! Avocado Match (2/10): What even is this? đ„ Avocado and chicken breast wrapped in cheese and deep-fried. Looking back at the menu, thatâs exactly what it saidâI guess I shouldnât have ordered so randomly⊠The hand-drawn cocktail menu was super cute! đč I ordered a prickly pear pineapple cocktailâsweet and a little spicy, just as described. Lots of drinks were already priced over 20. Iâm still stuck in the mindset that off-Strip cocktails should be around 15, but I guess weâre in the $20 era now⊠đž Have you been here?
