Muku: New York Kaiseki π
Tomato Soup with Crab The tomato soup paired with crab was a delightful start, rich and flavorful. π² Eggplant and Tomato Soup The eggplant and tomato soup was so delicious, a perfect blend of flavors. π² Sashimi I was excited to try the kamasu again, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I wish I could have tried it with regular soy sauce. π£ Matsutake Steamed Egg The menu mentioned foie gras in the matsutake steamed egg, which sounded amazing. π³ Miso-Glazed Aji The miso-glazed aji was flavorful, but the miso overpowered the expensive fish. I would have preferred it salt-grilled. π Tempura with Onion Vinegar Sauce The tempura was great, but the onion vinegar sauce was super tangy! π³ Sansho Mushroom Chicken Rice The chicken rice with sansho mushrooms and eel on top was incredibly delicious and aromatic. π Melon Soda Ice Cream The melon soda ice cream was the star of the nightβabsolutely amazing! π¦ Restaurant Ambiance The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. π Vegetables and Rice The eggplant, tomato, and other vegetables were all very tasty, and the rice and noodles were fantastic. I ended up eating a lot of both! π² #WhatINewYorkCraves #BeautifulMealsInNYC ππ
