Must-Try BBQ & Hotpot Spot When Traveling from Madison to Milwaukee!

Drove an hour and a half to try this Google 4.8⭐ rated gem — Backstreet BBQ Hotpot! They offer all-you-can-eat BBQ + hotpot. Hotpot-only or BBQ-only is $31 per person, while the combo is just $36. 🎉 We went with the BBQ + Hotpot combo — each person gets an individual hotpot stove on the side, and there’s a shared grill in the middle of the table. The meat here is incredibly fresh and delicious — totally puts all the hotpot and BBQ spots in Madison to shame! 😋 The service was also fantastic. Even though we were seated in the farthest corner, the server came by regularly to check if we needed more food and cleared empty plates quickly 🛎️💁 (maybe also because we went off-peak hours?). I forgot to take a photo 😅, but I ordered the Pork Bone Broth hotpot — it came with a huge marrow bone that I happily gnawed on after finishing the soup! My friend got the Spicy Mala broth, and it was absolutely amazing too 🌶️❤️. The best part? The price!
