Must-Try Cuisine in New York ๐
Iโve had the experience of eating somewhere just once and countless times. Recently, a friend who lived in New York for six years moved back to our country. They asked me if there were any restaurants theyโd regret not trying before leaving. I recommended a cuisine we always wanted to try but couldnโt get toโGeorgian cuisine. ๐ I had initially wanted to recommend Saperavi, which I had shared before, but it had limited seating, so I chose this place instead. It turned out to be just as delicious, and I think the cheese boat here is even better. The bread of the cheese boat feels chewier, and the cheese and custard flavors are really rich. ๐ The pork is among the best in New York. Paired with pomegranate salad, the added sweetness really makes it. ๐ ๐ We ordered all sorts of flavors of the baked buns for our table of ten. I got a smaller one with truffle flavor, but it was just as delicious. ๐ ๐ขThe fried chicken and salad are also great no matter which ones you pick. In the end, all ten of us at the table gave this place a round of applause! The average cost per person, including tips, is around $60-$80. ๐ธ I really love this cuisine. Itโs a pity that this place is the only one in the world I canโt visit. I really hope I can try the authentic flavors one day. ๐ Laliko ๐ 80 Carmine St, New York #NewYorkFood #GeorgianCuisine ๐๐
