Must-Try in New York | The Most Delicious Pho and Fried Pork Ears! π
I recently visited a super-popular Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village, and I have to say, itβs even better than Saigon Shack near NYU. Vietnamese food is just perfect for summer! π 1οΈβ£ Bone Marrow Pho πππππ Their signature broth is incredibly aromatic and richβit even reminded me of Lanzhou beef noodles! The rice noodles are perfectly textured, with a strong rice flavor, and the bone marrow is just divine. We ordered one portion split into two bowls and added an extra bone marrow, so we could try more dishes. 2οΈβ£ Fried Pork Ears πππππ I highly recommend the pork ears! Theyβre fried to perfectionβcrispy and flaky, almost crumbling in your mouth. Served with refreshing shredded papaya, itβs a heavenly combination. 3οΈβ£ Summer Rolls πππππ I also loved the summer rolls. Thin rice paper wraps filled with vegetables, crispy wontons, fish cakes, and luncheon meat. The dipping sauce is somewhat like sweet bean paste, making it feel like a refreshing version of a Chinese crepe. 4οΈβ£ Vietnamese Coffee πππ The coffee is very strong but also quite sweet. Is Vietnamese coffee always this sweet, or does it change when it comes to the US? Iβm curious for an answer. Overall: Absolutely delicious! π Restaurant Name: Hanoi House #EveryStreetIsDelicious #NYCFood π
