Must-Try Steakhouse in Banff 🥩🔥
On previous visits, I always went to the highest-rated Maple Leaf 🌟. As the first steakhouse to gain fame in town and located right in the center, its taste is definitely solid—plus, Alberta beef is just that good! 🐄💯 This newer steakhouse, opened a couple of years ago, won me over with its interior—cozy fireplace, stylish bar, and even the patio design! 😍 Especially the patio: late September in Banff can get chilly, but they’ve got so many heating setups, even on the tables! The tabletop texture had me obsessed! ✨ For steak, no need to overthink—just go for the ribeye 👌. Ribeye never disappoints! I got the 14oz, medium-rare (perfectly filling). Normally, I’d order medium in China, but here, medium-rare is closer to medium. If you pick medium, it’ll be well-done—no worries though! If medium-rare feels too raw, they can cook it more after serving. 🍽️🔥 As a side, I chose mushrooms 🍄. Paired with special mayo and crispy chicken skin, it was delicious… though a bit heavy later. The hash browns (fried potato cake) looked great—didn’t try, but tempting! 🥔 Neighboring tables had cheese fondue—so perfect for fall/winter! 🧀❄️ They also offer soufflé pancakes for dessert 🥞. All their steaks are wood-fired, and the drink menu is extensive! 🍷 🏠 Bluebird Woodfired Steakhouse 📍 214 Lynx St, Banff, AB T1L #food #Banff #BanffFood #Alberta #LakeLouise #Travel #SteakLover 🚀🍴
