🔥 Must-Try Thai Food Worth the Wait|San Jose’s Must Be Thai
Recently visited Must Be Thai, highly recommended by a friend. Went in craving Thai food, but was surprised by a long line at the door! We arrived around 1 PM and still ended up waiting 45-60 minutes 😳. 💡 Pro tip: You can join the waitlist via Yelp! Highly recommend signing up online in advance—otherwise, the wait is no joke. 📍 Located in San Jose, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, though the dining area is a bit compact. It can feel crowded during peak hours. 🍗 Pixie Wings The fried chicken wings were super crispy and served with a special house-made sauce—savory, tangy, and super appetizing. Definitely a win! 🍲 Tom Yum Soup The soup was more on the sour side. Pretty decent, but not particularly memorable. 🐷 Hang Leh Curry (Chiang Mai Style Pork Curry) The pork was incredibly tender and the curry was rich and aromatic. It gets a bit heavy after a while though—better to share between two! 🍝 Sriracha Noodle Okay, this one was SPICY! 🌶️ The noodles were soft and moist. Even though my mouth was on fire, I couldn’t stop eating 😂. Highly recommended for spice lovers! 🧋 Thai Tea Absolutely loved this! It’s not overly sweet—just strong tea flavor with a smooth finish. A must-order! 📸 Overall, it’s a Thai restaurant worth trying. The flavors are bold and intense, perfect for those who enjoy spicy and hearty dishes. But remember—join that Yelp waitlist ahead of time!
