Must try The Thai food restruant in New York--SaiTong Thai
Appetizers: 1️⃣ Grilled pork jowl salad: Order it!!! The pork jowl is incredibly tender and flavorful... It has a perfect blend of sweet, sour, spicy, and salty flavors, very appetizing. 2️⃣ Crab meat dipping with crackers: The crab meat is mashed into a creamy sauce with a milky flavor, and it's served with prawn crackers that are hard to stop eating once you start. 3️⃣ Lava fries: Thick-cut fries topped with a spicy salted egg yolk sauce, very fragrant! But the taste of the salted egg yolk is not very prominent. Main courses: 1️⃣ Fried whole red snapper: Large pieces of fish are fried to a crispy exterior and tender interior~The seasoning is somewhat similar to salt and pepper shrimp, delicious and generous in portion. 2️⃣ Black spaghetti pad cha: I love this dish so much!! It's filled with plenty of seafood, offering a particularly rich texture, fresh and fragrant, a must-order for those who can handle spice!! 3️⃣ Saitoneg pad Thai: On top is a whole fragrant, chewy lobster with a cheesy salted egg yolk, and the rice noodles underneath are average on their own, but once all the ingredients are mixed together, it's amazing👍 Be sure to add chili powder and shredded papaya. Desserts: 1️⃣ Fried ice cream: So delicious... It has the feeling of eating Spanish churros with ice cream. 2️⃣ Mango sticky rice: A classic combination that's also very well executed. 📍 Saitong Thai 244 W 48th St, New York, NY 10036 #New York#SaiTong Thai#food diary
