American cakes can often be too sweet and rich, making your head feel numb after just one bite! 😅 But finally, at Tin Building by Jean-Georges, I found the dessert shop I’ve been dreaming of! 🌟 🍒 Not only are the cakes sweet but not cloying, but the prices are super reasonable. Plus, they’re perfect for photos and bring so much joy when you eat them! 📸 Let’s talk about the cakes: On my birthday, I bought a whole Basque cake ($45). It was super satisfying, with a rich dairy flavor that wasn’t greasy at all! 🍰 🍒 My friend also picked two mini cakes: mango mousse and chocolate truffle.
