Must-Visit Theme Park | Puy du Fou 🎪

🌟 Le Puy du Fou, located near Nantes in western France, has a history of 35 years and is situated in the Vendée region of the Loire Valley, Les Epesses. It spans 300 hectares and opens annually from April to September, attracting visitors from around the globe. You can witness chariot races set against the backdrop of an ancient Roman coliseum, 1st-century Vikings from Northern Europe, 15th-century Joan of Arc leading the French against the English, 17th-century Cardinal Richelieu's musketeers, and other large-scale historical costume performances based on historical tales. There are also legendary stories familiar to European children, like King Arthur,Visiting Puy du Fou is like flipping through a French history textbook. 🏰 Experience immersive medieval and 18th-century villages, with live demonstrations of traditional craftsmen and scenes of everyday life. 🦅 Falconry shows, where these birds of prey come close to the audience, are thrilling and exciting! 🎆 Grand evening stage shows with fireworks, from June to early September, start at 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. A large-scale stage play lasting an hour and a half is performed by 1,200 volunteers from surrounding villages, using 8,000 costumes, with the ruins of the Crazy Man's Castle as the backdrop. The story of a Vendée family called Mobéli is told through fireworks, searchlights, and large jets. I saw crowds of people, families with children, all carrying blankets and rugs to watch this long-awaited fireworks display, and I was deeply moved! That night, I also saw the spectacular starry sky after a long time! The scenes of war reminded me of my hometown, my country, and my ancestors; the feeling is indescribable, only bringing tears of emotion. 💧 Les Grandes Eaux, a musical fountain show choreographed to the music of Jean-Baptiste Lully, especially the final scene where people appear to float on water and dance in the air, is absolutely stunning and a must-see live! #France #HistoricalStories #Nantes #FrenchThemePark #PuyduFou
