My Favorite BBQ in Canada is Finally Reopening❗😭
Highly Recommended ✅: 🌟 Beef Tendon Rice: My absolute favorite! The beef tendon is so tender and flavorful, with a sticky, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Paired with a big scoop of rice, it’s super satisfying! Add some fragrant and spicy house-made chili oil, and it’s pure bliss without being greasy. A must-order! 🌟 Uni Rice: The uni is fresh, sweet, and creamy, generously spread over the rice. Every bite melts on your tongue—pure happiness! The rice seems to be seasoned with sushi vinegar, but the bowl is a bit small, so you might want more. 🌟 BBQ Platters: We ordered a mixed platter, but you can also order individual cuts. For beef, I highly recommend the Ribeye, Ribfinger, Outside Skirt, and Short Rib. The meat is so tender and juicy, each bite fills your mouth with flavor. Everyone gets their own grill, which is a nice touch! Other Popular Dishes: 🌟 One-Bite Uni & Scallop 🌟 Spicy Beef Soup 🌟 Plum Wine Ice Cream 🌟 Cotton Kakaka (a dessert!) ✨ Overall, the food is delicate, delicious, and of high quality. It's definitely above average in terms of BBQ places. The price, however, is on the higher side—about $80 per person, so it’s a bit of a splurge if you want to leave fully satisfied. Perfect for special occasions! If you’re a BBQ lover, it’s worth a try! Next time, I’m definitely trying the One-Bite Uni & Scallop with crab miso. 🦀 #Vancouver #VancouverEats #VancouverFood #YummyInVancouver #FoodieSquad #JoinMeOnFoodHunts ### Name: Alley 16 Address: 3190 Cambie St, Vancouver Type: Restaurant ###
