My Favorite Exhibition in the Past Two Years(1)
National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo π¨β¨ Hilma af Klint: The Beyond πβ¨ I highly recommend this exhibition to anyone visiting Tokyo in the near future. π I personally loved it, and it's the first exhibition of this female artist in Asia. The display is excellent, and the curation is of a very high standard. π¨β¨ I was a bit pressed for time and only stayed for two hours, but I think I would have spent three hours if I had taken my time to really appreciate it. One great thing about this exhibition is that you can take photos throughout, as long as you don't use a tripod. π It feels very welcoming and approachable, which is truly touching. In contrast, the Miro exhibition happening at the same time didn't allow any photography in its two most valuable sections. π¨β¨ I also loved the exhibition merchandise. I bought seven or eight sets of postcards! #Tokyo π¨β¨ #HilmaAfKlint #TokyoExhibition #ArtLovers ππ
