My Favorite Japanese Cake Shop in New York 🍰 | Harbs
Ever since Chikalicious closed, Harbs has become my number one cake shop in Manhattan. 💖 Although it's famous for being a bit pricey—a small piece of cake can cost up to $20 🔪—it's truly worth it because the cakes are incredibly delicious. My all-time favorite is their strawberry🍓 crepe. The strawberries are huge and super sweet, but the cream has a very light, milky flavor. It doesn't feel heavy at all; it's like you're just savoring the fresh fragrance of the fruit. The seasonal cherry blossom🌸 mousse is also amazing. The mousse is fluffy and melts in your mouth, with a subtle cherry blossom scent. The red beans at the bottom add just the right amount of sweetness to balance it all out. The ambiance of the shop is lovely too, giving me the illusion of being transported to Tokyo. 🌿✨ It's truly a cake shop that lifts your spirits and puts a smile on your face. 😊 📍465 W Broadway, New York, NY 10012 #NewYork 🗽✨
