My Favorite Korean Cuisine: NakWon
The owner of the restaurant is an aunt from South Korea who doesn't speak English very well but can speak Korean. She is very friendly and will patiently communicate with you, recommending their signature dishes! š Budae jungol A hotpot perfect for autumn and winter, containing kimchi, spam, crown daisy, sausage, ramen, and more! For 2-3 people, one pot is enough, and with a serving of rice each, it's plenty to satisfy your hunger! The taste is really addictive! š Ddukbokki Last time I had the stir-fried rice cakes without spicy sauce, it didn't feel very distinctive... For those who like the chewy texture of rice cakes, it's recommended to get the spicy version! š Pork Belly Fried pork with refreshing greens and kimchi! With one bite, it feels like I've been transported into a Korean drama. The taste is excellent. š YOOKEAJANG and DWENJANG JJIGEA Both are classic soups with very different flavors. One is a spicy beef soup with a bit of vegetables and beef. The second soup is not spicy, with a variety of ingredients like vegetables, tofu, and beef. š SQUID STIR-FRY (Ojingeo Bungeum) Spicy stir-fried squid has a slightly salty taste, which goes perfectly well with rice. The flavor is very authentic. #EatPlayEnjoy #FoodCheckIn #ShopExploration #KoreanCuisine #KoreanFood #PittsburghKoreanCuisine #WhatToEat #ShopExploration
