My Favorite Pho in Paris 🍜

The first time I tried Pho was by chance, when I passed by and was drawn to the Michelin Bib Gourmand sign. I checked the prices on the menu and decided to give it a try. It has since become my go-to canteen. I was initially curious, then captivated by the taste, and ultimately loyal due to the prices. Every time I have friends visiting from out of town, this is my top choice of restaurant. I've almost ordered every single item on the menu, and I'd like to share my favorites, which I also highly recommend to you all. Satay Beef Pho ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The shop's signature dish and my most frequently ordered item. This is said to be an award-winning dish in various French culinary competitions, and it's exclusive to this place. Large slices of beef + fresh raw meat, paired with a secret satay sauce, it's very satisfying. The noodles are Vietnamese rice noodles. Hue Pork Knuckle Pho ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also a regular order of mine, it comes with two pork knuckles and plenty of meat slices. The soup is very fresh, and the noodles used are round and thick, similar to what we have back home. As a southerner from a big noodle-loving province, when I crave the taste of home, I go for this. Grilled Pork and Chicken Rice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You can order the pork rice separately, the chicken rice separately, or a mix of both, and they are all delicious. I personally prefer the chicken. They probably grill it over an open flame because there's a distinct charcoal flavor when you eat it. Imagine the difference between barbecue grilled over charcoal and those grilled on an iron plate. For drinks, the most recommended is the Durian Milkshake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The flavor is very rich and incredibly satisfying. The only downside is that it's not always available, so you might miss out when you want it. If you don't like durian, the Mango Milkshake is also a good alternative. The portions at this place are very generous, and you can get more rice with the Grilled Pork and Chicken Rice if you need it, but my friends almost always can't finish one serving by themselves.
