My Favorite Vietnamese Pho Spot in New York Has the Best Appetizers!
I’ve heard so much about Madame Vo, and today’s visit has officially made it my number one pho spot! ✔️ Not only is the pho amazing, but the appetizers, especially the chicken wings and fried squid, are absolutely delightful! 💖 Bun Bo Hue $20 🏙️Spicy beef broth with a rich lemongrass aroma, brisket that’s perfectly marbled, and pork rolls that are crispy and fragrant. The only downside is that the rice noodles break a bit too easily, but they’re still incredibly flavorful—the more you stir, the better they taste! 🍜 The Madame Pho $18 (add short rib for $8) A classic choice with all the right flavors! 🍜 🏙️ Madame Wings $17 These chicken wings are out of this world! Spicy wings coated in a garlicky fish sauce—so flavorful and satisfying! The portion is also generous. 🍖 Muc Rang Muoi $18 🏙️ Salt-grilled squid with avocado sauce! Highly recommended! This dish is so delicious that you can easily finish a whole serving by yourself. 👌 For drinks, try their salted lemonade—the perfect blend of salty, sour, and sweet. It’s simply addictive! 🍋 📍Madame Vo 212 E 10th St, New York, NY 10003 🏙️ #NewYorkFoodie 🍔 #NewYorkFoodGuide 🌟
