I stayed here for 10 nights, and right after arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room—what a warm welcome! 🎉🛏️ All the reception staff were absolutely wonderful—helpful, kind, and full of great local tips. Traveling alone, I truly appreciated their guidance 🗺️❤️. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. One day, the faucet had an issue, but it was fixed quickly and efficiently 🛠️💧. The café inside the hotel served delicious food—I highly recommend their pancakes! 🥞🍯 I used the valet parking service, and it was totally worth it. The team was helpful, and my car was always ready when I needed it. I’d heard some unsettling stories about parking in the area, so I’d definitely recommend using this service 🚗✅. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and super convenient—right next to the cable car turnaround I used, and just minutes from the train station 🚋🏙️. I always felt safe walking back in the evening.
