My Food Experience at Fattened Caf ๐
On my first visit to Fattened Caf during their soft opening, I ordered three dishes, but two of them were served incorrectly โ it was both amusing and frustrating ๐ . However, when I returned later, the service had improved significantly, and the dishes were more consistent, which gave me a better impression of the place. This Filipino-style cafรฉ is truly unique, with its sweet and spicy adobo stew and pan-fried luncheon meat thatโs perfectly crispy on the edges ๐ถ๏ธ๐. As someone with a Chinese palate, Iโm always drawn to warm, comforting meals, like their garlic fried rice โ fragrant and utterly satisfying ๐๐. For drinks, the signature ube latte has a soft lavender hue, reminiscent of spring mist, and itโs sweet without being overpowering, very soothing ๐ธ๐ . However, the cold brew was a bit too bitter for my taste โ probably better for those who enjoy strong coffee โ๐ฃ. The coconut jam reminded me of the classic Coconut Tree flavor, sweet and delicious, perfect with bread or crackers ๐ฅฅ๐ฏ. Overall, Fattened Caf is a spot worth trying, especially if you enjoy Asian fusion cuisine. The service is improving, the dishes have highlights, and the atmosphere is relaxed ๐ฎ๐ซ. Iโd recommend giving it a visit! #FattenedCaf #FilipinoFood #FoodDiary #CoffeeTime #AsianFusion #ComfortFood #RestaurantRecommendations
