Nailed It at America's First Steakhouse 🍖
📍 Delmonico's Finally, my friends and I got the chance to visit this iconic steakhouse in downtown New York. The food was absolutely impeccable—delicious beyond words! Unfortunately, we underestimated the size of an 18oz steak and ended up with more than we could handle. Appetizers : ✨ Crab Cake - MAINE CRAB CAKE This crab cake is super innovative! The shell is made of crispy potato strips, and when you break it open, you find this dense, flavorful crab meat inside. It’s amazing! ✨ Thick-Cut Bacon - CARAMELIZED BACON How could you visit a steakhouse without trying their thick-cut bacon? It’s so fragrant, not greasy at all, and has a hint of honey sweetness. 🍯 Main Courses : ✨ Signature - SIGNATURE DELMONICO RIBEYE The 18oz steak was incredibly delicious. We ordered it medium rare, and it was perfect for two of us. The steak was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of flavor. ✨ Salmon - FAROE ISLAND SALMON 🐟 The salmon was pretty standard (you could skip it if you’re not a big fan). Desserts : ✨ Cheesecake This cheesecake is amazing—light, not overly sweet, and with a great texture. ✨ Chocolate Symphony For chocolate lovers, this dessert is a must. It’s a collection of various chocolate elements, and it’s just delightful. 🍫 Overall, this was an incredible dining experience.
