🌟Duck intestines: The presentation was very fresh, and the portion was generous. The texture was perfect. Cured - meat bamboo - tube rice: Packed with ingredients like sausage, potatoes, pineapple, and fava beans. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was really delicious. 🌸Pork trotters: Roasted to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, full of collagen. I didn't even wait to cook them in the hot pot and just ate them with the dry dipping sauce. I was such a glutton! My favorite was the bamboo fungus with shrimp paste ‼️ It was the best I've ever had. 🌟 Very tender and fresh, it absorbed the tomato broth perfectly and was paired with fish roe. You just have to try it; it's impossible to stop eating. The shaved ice was also delicious. I had the strawberry - flavored one, which was very fruity. 🍃 The ice was super smooth and fluffy. You definitely have to give it a try. We had three types of soup bases. I liked the tomato and spicy ones the most. They were just the right level of flavor and not too spicy. 🌟 If you like it spicier, you can always add more.
