Nashville Food Surprise!

I used to think that Nashville was all about country music and the food would probably just be Southern classics like fried chicken and barbecue. But this time, my friends took us to 📍Etch , and it’s absolutely worth raving about—truly amazing! 🦌 My First Time Trying "Bambi" – New Zealand Venison! I was completely stunned when I saw New Zealand venison on the menu. ✅ The chef recommended it medium-rare, but since I’d never tried venison before and was worried about it being too raw, I finally went with medium. When it arrived, the meat was incredibly tender with none of the gamey taste I had imagined,🥳 🥩 My friend ordered the filet mignon cooked medium—charred on the outside, juicy on the inside, and served with a rich red wine sauce. #NashvilleFood #Etch #FineDining
