🎸 Nashville Summer 3-Day Relaxed Itinerary

Nashville has become one of my favorite cities recently! 🎶 Who can resist the combo of live music, cold beer, and Southern hot chicken? 🍗 Perfect for a weekend getaway—highly recommend if you haven’t been! 🏠 Accommodation + Transportation: Due to crazy weekend hotel prices downtown, we used Chase points to book the Hyatt Regency near the airport ✈️. Only 8,000 points per night (≈$80)! ✅ Pros: Affordable + close to rental car center (helpful for our Mammoth Cave day). ❌ Cons: A bit far from downtown—but Uber was only ~$10 each way. 🚗 Itinerary: DAY 1 🌟 Country Music Hall of Fame 🎵 A must-see for music lovers! Exhibits trace the history of country music with cool instruments, recording booths, and a serious Taylor Swift presence 👑—Swifties, don’t miss it! 🌟 Broadway The iconic bar strip 🍻! By 3 PM, it felt like midnight—everyone was dancing and having a blast. Try a pedal tavern or just pop into a bar for live music. 🌟 Red Phone Booth 📞 Best speakeasy ever! Entrance is through an unmarked red phone booth. You’ll need a secret code (tip a hotel concierge or restaurant staff to get it!). Dress code: collared shirts for guys. DAY 2 🌟 Lane Motor Museum 🚗 A car geek’s paradise! Jeff Lane’s private collection features fully restored classic and unusual vehicles. Members even get test-drive events! 🌟 Frist Art Museum 🎨 Exhibits were okay, but the interactive art area on the second floor was fun. The gift shop sells hard-to-find Jellycats! 🧸 🌟 Grand Ole Opry Known for the best acoustics in the U.S. 🇺🇸 Caught a Jacob Collier concert—unforgettable sound! DAY 3 🌟 Mammoth Cave National Park 🕳️ 1.5-hour drive. Book tours online in advance—no park pass needed. We did two tours in one day. Cool temps inside + great guides! 🍜 Food Highlights: Martin’s BBQ 🍖 and Hattie B’s Hot Chicken 🌶️ were delicious! Thai and Japanese options were underwhelming and overpriced. #NorthAmericanLife #Travel #StudyInUSA #TravelGuide #Nashville
