National Art Center, Tokyo & Nezu Museum (1)π¨
Let's go to the art museums! π ππΈ Every time I visit a new country or city, I always want to check out the art exhibitions. It's really meaningful to learn about excellent works and precious collections. This time, I visited two well-known art museums in Tokyo, Japan: National Art Center, Tokyo & Nezu Museum ππΈ Now, let me share some of my thoughts and the differences between these two museums in terms of content and style. The National Art Center is a public institution, while the Nezu Museum is privately owned. In terms of exhibition space, the National Art Center is more grand and spacious, whereas the Nezu Museum is more exquisite and opulent. ππΈ The National Art Center tends to have a higher volume of visitors and can be a bit noisy. Admission to the museum itself is free, but you need to purchase tickets for specific exhibitions held in different galleries. Almost all the artworks can be photographed. ππΈ I personally think that the exhibitions at the National Art Center are mostly contemporary art, featuring group shows or solo exhibitions by artists. π¨ #Tokyo πβ¨
