National Museum of Nature and Science, Japan (Part 1): A Glimpse into Nature ๐ธ๐ A few thoughts from an adult visiting the National Museum of Nature and Science in Japan. The Japanese are truly meticulous in their approach to presenting science. ๐๐ They break it down, visualize it, and make it tangible. It's genuinely impressive! ๐ For example, the display of a cow's internal organs is incredibly detailed. It shows the length of the intestines and the four stomach compartments, complete with cross-sections of the stomach. ๐ธ๐ This was the first time I understood why tripe comes in so many different shapes! ๐ฎ Another example is the mangrove exhibit, which shows the parts above water, below water, and even underground. ๐ณ ๐๐ Do kids come here with their own (special) notebooks? What's on Display? ๐ธ๐ Natural History Museum + Science and Technology Museum. Although the building is quite old, it's significantly better than the two museums in Beijing... ๐๐ The exhibits cover prehistoric and existing animals, Japanese native species, human evolution, and the development of mathematics, physics, chemistry, technology, aerospace, and computers. #Tokyo ๐๐
