Near the Eiffel Tower in Paris: Paris Follie’s 🗼🍽️

In Paris, you can feast for just 12€!! A must-try for affordable yet top-tier French cuisine. This isn’t a internet-famous spot—when we went, we were the only ones there. Located near the Eiffel Tower, it’s a century-old restaurant established in 1928. I snapped a photo of the menu (see P8), and the main dishes are all around 12€. This might be the cheapest AND most delicious duck confit I’ve ever found!! 🍴 Paris Follie’s (The waiter had curly hair, was super handsome, and had a great attitude. Too bad it was our last meal in Paris, or I’d have gone back for seconds!) 🦆 Confit Canard (Duck Confit) Is this really duck confit for 12€? The duck leg is huge, the skin is incredibly crispy, and the meat falls right off the bone—so tender! The fried potato slices soaked in the duck’s flavor are amazing. The portion is massive! 🥗 Salade Landaise (Foie Gras Salad) I didn’t realize until it arrived that this salad comes with a duck confit leg!! The foie gras is huge and super satisfying—it’d be even better with some bread. It also includes duck gizzard and ham slices. Best to share this if you’re with others, or you might not finish it… 🐌 Escargots (Garlic Butter Snails) The aroma hits you as soon as it’s served—so much butter and garlic! A serving comes with 6 snails, and they’re quite large with a firm texture. It was my first time trying snails, and I’m already in love 😍. 🍌 Croustillant Banane (Fried Banana with Ice Cream) We randomly ordered this dessert and loved it so much we got a second serving. The banana is fried to a perfect crisp on the outside while staying soft and gooey inside. Topped with chocolate sauce and served with vanilla ice cream, it’s a delightful mix of textures. #FrenchCuisine #FrenchRomance #ParisFood #EiffelTowerEats #ArcDeTriompheEats #Paris #ParisFoodie #HiddenGemRestaurant
