Nepalis are really good at grilling meat 😲

grilled chicken from Yalamul Garden in Kathmandu šŸ—. It came out glistening, with skin roasted to a translucent amber color. A gentle cut with a knife made a "crunch" sound, and the juices instantly oozed out, mixed with the aroma of cumin and rosemary. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, even the chicken breast is perfectly tender—totally beyond the perfunctory standard of a typical hotel restaurant. grilled pork and chicken from Hotel Blossom in Pokhara 🐷. The grilled pork is amazing! The marbled meat is roasted to a fragrant crisp, with all the fat rendered out. Biting into it, there’s a slightly crispy edge, while the lean meat is juicy enough to burst. The grilled chicken is coated in a secret sauce, with a hint of spiciness and complex flavors from spices. When torn apart, the meat fibers are still dripping with juice. Pair it with the restaurant’s pickled radish to cut the greasiness, and you can’t stop eating bite after bite. To be honest, I chose these two places simply because I was too lazy to go out for food. I thought I’d just grab a quick bite at the hotel restaurant, but was totally blown away—this is far from "just a quick bite"; it’s a hidden gem in the hotel! After staying in Nepal for a while, eating Dal Bhat, momo, fried noodles and fried rice on repeat can get boring. I really suggest trying anything with BBQ or Grilled on the menu. You might just be as amazed as I am by the Nepalis’ grilling skillsļ½ž #Nepal #NepalTravel #TravelBits
