NEUE Galerie: The Arrogance of the Capitalists (2)π
Any one of them could have kindly reminded me that photography was not allowed. But no one did. π’π Instead, I got a really bad attitude from the security guard when I went upstairs. π And it didn't stop there. There was a docent at the art exhibition. I was just holding my phone in one hand and got tired, so I switched to the other hand. π’π I didn't even make a move to raise my phone, but she interrupted her explanation to say "no photo," with a completely expressionless and mean look on her face. I was speechless. Who was even trying to take a photo? π It seems like visitors are just tools for them to exercise their "power." We eagerly buy tickets just to be treated with such contempt. After I left, I checked Google Reviews, and there were so many people who felt the same way. They generously gave one-starπ ratings. Apart from the staff's attitude ππ½, the value for money at this museum is also very low. The ticket price is quite expensive. π’π The regular ticket is $28, but there are only three rooms on one floor with exhibitions. And to be objective, apart from Gustav Klimt's paintings, the other artworks are not that impressive. It's far behind the MET and the Guggenheim in the same neighborhood. #NewYorkExhibitionAvoidance
