They have a savory flavor and a crispy exterior with a hint of sesame. 2️⃣ Peking Duck: It ranks in the top three of Chinese dishes. The duck skin is especially crispy, and the warm meat is evenly distributed with fat and lean parts. We practically fought over it to finish it. It would be even better with some sugar to dip. The duck soup is also delicious, with a rich and authentic flavor. 3️⃣ Spicy Roasted Blind Snakehead: Slightly smaller in portion than the roasted fish I usually have, but the fragrant and spicy flavor is spot-on! It reminds me of the sizzling spicy roasted fish you'd find in China, and it comes with a generous amount of side vegetables. 4️⃣ Fermented Tofu Water Spinach: The water spinach is very tender and crisp, and it's not salty at all. 5️⃣ Truffle Chocolate Puppy Ice Cream: Although it might seem a bit cruel to cut into the puppy shape, the taste of the chocolate toffee is irresistible!!
