New Chuan Style Hot Pot in Midtown New York ๐Ÿฒ | Shu Dao Mountain

Today I tried out the newly opened hot pot restaurant in Midtown, Mt. ShooTao Hot Pot (Shu Dao Mountain Hot Pot). The decor of this place is so classically elegant, it feels like Iโ€™ve stepped back into a traditional Chinese setting. ๐Ÿฎ We ordered the triple combination soup base with large bone broth, herbal soup, and spicy red oil. I really love the flavor of their soup bases, which are very fresh and delicious. You can tell they are freshly simmered just by tasting them. ๐Ÿฅฃ The quality of their meat is also amazing. I absolutely adore their beef tongue, which is incredibly tender and delicious. The freshly sliced beef from Shu Dao Mountain is also great; it only needs a few seconds in the soup to be ready to eat and is very tasty. ๐Ÿ– I also ordered their "Six Flavors from the Mountains" platter, which includes black fish slices, beef meatballs, duck intestines, beef tripe, and spicy beef. This dish has everything I love, and Iโ€™m so happy! ๐Ÿ˜ Their abalone is also very fresh, tender, and chewy, making it perfect for hot pot. ๐Ÿฃ Donโ€™t forget to try their vegetable platter. Cooked in their soup base, the vegetables are especially sweet and fresh. ๐Ÿฅฌ This place has now become my favorite hot pot restaurant in Midtown New York. The taste, ambiance, and service are all excellent. ๐Ÿ’• Address: 35 W 35th St, New York, NY 10001 #NewYork ๐ŸŒƒ๐ŸŒŸ
