200 East 20th Street 🌟 The construction of a 19-story residential building at 200 East 20th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy Park is nearly complete. 🌟🌸 Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by Tidhar Group Ltd., the building stands 210 feet tall with a total area of 82,800 square feet. It will offer 52 apartment units ranging from one to three bedrooms, with an average unit size of 1,260 square feet. The property also includes 2,730 square feet of retail space. 🏠 🌟🌸 The building is located at the southeast corner of East 20th Street and Third Avenue. Since our last update in July 2023, the entire façade has been installed. At that time, the first panels were just beginning to be hung on the lower levels of the reinforced concrete superstructure. The latest photos reveal the final appearance of the glass façade and its bronze-colored grid panels, with numerous smooth rounded corners on the north and west facades. 🌟🌸 The sidewalk shed is still in place but is expected to be removed in the coming weeks as the finishing touches are being made. 🌇 #NewYork 🌟
