New Jersey's Top-Quality Barbecue Restaurant
๐It's been a while since I last had barbecue, and today I suddenly craved it, but I was worried about the long lines at Wooga on weekends. I finally found this barbecue place in Pal Park called Yook92. It was another day of great fortune ๐ The quality of the meat is excellent, and the prices are reasonable! It turns out that the competition among barbecue restaurants in Pal Park is indeed fierce. ๐We ordered a beef combo, which was just right for two people. What's better about their combo compared to others is the variety. Typically, a combo for two people would have two or three types of meat, but this place offers four! I'm not a big fan of marinated beef, and among these four, only the last one is marinated. ๐Short Ribs: I think the quality is much better than some barbecue places in Fort Lee, with a nice balance of fat and lean, and it's not woody even when cooked well-done. Ribeye: It's not very thick, but the meat quality is good. Brisket: It's not the super thin kind, so it still has a strong beef flavor when you eat it, and I really love this brisket! Jumulleok: Marinated short steak, with a sweet and garlicky taste, my husband's favorite. #fortlee #palisadespark #barbecue #KoreanBarbecue #FortLeeFood #FortLeeBarbecue #EatingAndDrinking
