New Omakase in New York is a great value!

Found an absolute hidden gem of an omakase in SoHo! Since it just opened, you can actually still walk in during lunch—can you believe it?! 🤯 🌟 Value for Money 🌟 The quality here is insane—total value for your dollar! Every piece of sushi fish is super fresh, and the uni is as sweet as what I’ve had at Michelin spots. Plus, lunch has options: $65/$85/$125 or a la carte—perfect for any appetite. Even small eaters can go for the $65 10-course and not feel stuffed! 🌟 The Menu 🌟 You can tell the team put so much heart and creativity into every dish! Like, one appetizer uses fried 【northeastern Chinese scallions】—way more fragrant than regular red onions. And while lots of places pair wagyu with uni or caviar, they do seared otoro instead—so unique and so good! 😍 🌟 Dining Experience 🌟 The vibe is cozy and warm—all counter seats, only about 10 spots total. The chefs are super friendly: they crack jokes, explain the ingredients and their stories—such a relaxed, fun atmosphere. I loved it! And finally, let me gush about the dessert—they make it in-house! 🍮 The sesame tofu pudding is life-changing! (Sorry my photos don’t do it justice 😅) It’s so silky, somewhere between tofu and pudding. One bite, and your mouth’s flooded with rich sesame flavor—I’m obsessed! 😭 I went for the $125 set just for this dessert, and it was 100% worth it! It comes with 2 extra appetizers, 2 more sushi pieces, and the dessert compared to the $85 set. Trust me—you won’t regret it once you try that pudding! 🫶🏻 📍 Sushi Lin SoHo 120 Sullivan St, New York, NY 10012 #NewYork #NYC #NYCFoodGuide #NYCFood #NYCFoodReview #ManhattanFood #SoHoNYCFood #NYCOmakase #OmakaseNYC #AffordableOmakase #NYCNewRestaurants #NYCSushi #NYCJapaneseFood
