New Orleans | Must-Stay Hotel: Maison Métier 🏨💫
You absolutely have to stay at this hotel when visiting New Orleans! Maison Métier 546 Carondelet St, New Orleans, LA 70130 This boutique hotel masterfully blends vintage charm and modern aesthetics, designed by Studio Shamshiri and managed by the Hyatt team. Every detail is refined and full of character—it’s like staying inside an art film! 🎬🖼️ I stayed for two nights, and the service was incredibly warm—the staff even gave a little toy to the kiddo! 🧸 All-day complimentary iced tea 🍵, free red wine, white wine, snacks, and cookies in the evening 🍷🍪, and the room is tidied up twice a day—including a sweet dessert delivered each night! 🧁 The location is perfect too—just a 10-minute walk to the French Quarter and popular restaurants (Ruby Slipper, Bearcat, Pêche, Luke…). The street is safe and quiet (seriously, avoid staying in the French Quarter—it gets loud with revving cars at night! 🚗💥). The hotel also has an amazing speakeasy bar on the first floor! 🥃 The cocktails are fantastic—highly recommend their signature peach cocktail 🍑, absolutely delicious! Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the US—it’s legendary! 👑 Next post, I’ll share about its sister hotel across the street, Barnett (staying four days at Maison Métier might break the budget 😅).
