🔥 New Spicy Hunan Cuisine Restaurant Opens in New York! 🌶️
This food is so flavorful that it can easily make you finish three bowls of rice! 🍙 On the weekend, I visited a newly opened Hunan restaurant in Long Island City. As soon as you step inside, you can feel that authentic spicy atmosphere! It’s perfect for a gathering with friends or family. They specialize in freshly cooked dishes with no pre-made options, so every dish has that perfect wok-fried flavor! 🍖 Professor’s Stir-Fried Pork: The spiciness is off the charts, and the pork slices are incredibly fragrant. It’s super rice-friendly! 🍙 🐔 Flaming Zuo Zong Chicken: This dish is truly delicious—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce is a bit sweeter, leaning towards American taste, but adding more spice makes it even better! 🍗 🥚 Shaoshan Quail Eggs Braised Pork: The braised pork is so tender and soft, and the quail eggs with chili are amazing for rice! 🥔 Sandy Potatoes: A simple home-style stir-fried vegetable dish, salty and flavorful, perfect for rice. 🍜 Plain Noodles: Refreshing and light, perfect to balance out the rich flavors of the stir-fries. 🥢 Hunan-Style Shredded Pork Fried Rice Noodles: The noodles are stir-fried to perfection with a strong spicy flavor. I seriously love fried rice noodles! 🍋 For drinks, I tried the Shuxiang Lemon Tea and Youjian Lemon Juice. The sweet and sour flavors perfectly cut through the spiciness! 🍋 #NewYork 🌇🌟
